N.O.A.H Cafe’s talented owner and Head Chef, Alicia Hartley, brings with her over 25 years of experience and a passion for blending cuisines to create mouth-watering dishes. Growing up being a native of Guyana and being raised by her mother, Alicia has experienced the influences of a variety of cultures which have translated into the dishes she creates today. Alicia's culinary approach is both instinctual and thoughtful, with a spicy kick that'll leave you wanting more!
